At MyDesignation, we want you to love your fashion choices; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Log into your MyDesignation account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all branding tags attached, as our team will perform a quality inspection upon arrival.

• 3.
  Package & Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to drop off the package at any authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
